"“Annie is the best in the business. My wife and I have worked with a few realtors in the past and Annie stands head and shoulders above the rest. Given the challenging buyers market, we spent 2 years working with Annie. We saw numerous houses in that time and for each one Annie was prepared with information on them and was ready to help us write a winning offer. She has an incredible team around her: from lenders, to inspectors to attorneys. Everyone she recommended to us was top notch.

On the selling side, Annie gave us staging advice and had fantastic pictures taken. We were under contract, over ask, in 72 hours.

We cannot recommend Annie highly enough for anyone looking to buy or sell their home.” - Alex (Wethersfield)"

"“This house meant a tremendous amount to me! It was difficult to let go but it was time. Annie made this selling process so easy for my husband and I. She understood my emotional connection to this home and found the perfect buyer that will love this home as much as me.

I never had a worry through this journey because Annie handled everything and communicated with us the entire time! She’s the best! I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Much love and appreciation to you Annie ❤️” - Rebecca (Wethersfield)"

"“Where do I start about Annie Dillon? I have been in the business of Commercial Real Estate for over 25 years. I have negotiated many leases and a few sales in my career. I have dealt with many agents in the commercial real estate space and also in the residential housing market. In my personal life I have been represented by many Residential Real Estate agents. The representation I received from Annie Dillon was unlike any other experience I have received in the past! Annie was a true professional and delivered her representation at the very TOP of her industry. She not only understood my needs as a seller, but also kept a very sharp eye on all of the transaction processes that were necessary to sell my home at it’s highest value, in the least amount of time, and with the best interests of all parties involved. Annie’s communication, support, advice, and accessibility was unlike no other agent that I have engaged previously.
Annie gets my highest level of respect and an extremely strong referral for any buyer or seller that is in the market looking for representation! You will not find a better agent than Annie Dillon. Annie loves what she chose as her career and it shows in her performance as an agent!” - Frank (South Windsor)"

"My husband and I had a wonderful experience working with Brian Fanelli to find a beach house on the Connecticut shore. Brian was extremely communicative and went above and beyond to ensure we found the perfect place for our family. He helped us to put together a competitive offer, all while keeping our best interests in mind and consistently went to bat for us throughout the process. I’d highly recommend Brian to anyone looking for a realtor!"

"Annie has been our family’s go-to realtor for many years, and my recent condo sale was the second time she handled a sale for me. Her knowledge, experience, and guidance made it an easy, stress-free process, and I encourage anyone who needs a realtor to contact Annie."

"Just Super Great and Fantastic! Annie Dillon was able to not only help me purchase my first residence back in 2004 but provided me with the proper guidance on the recent quick sale of the same residence. This can be attributed to Annie’s vast experience and knowledge of the Wethersfield market. She has my highest recommendation for anyone in search of and/or the sale of a residence in town. Thank you Annie!"

"If there were 10 ***** I would say Mary deserves it. She goes all out in finding you a home. I appreciated the immediate responses to questions and Mary taking her time to review and send listings that suited our needs. It was such a pleasure dealing with Mary, she is very professional but yet comes across as warm and caring. She comes highly recommended."

"Annie was an OUTSTANDING partner in the sale of our home. She was a consummate professional and kept us up to date on everything transpiring with the sale. She provided invaluable insight into what measures would improve our chances for sale. I would HIGHLY recommend her as a realtor whether buying or selling."

"Brian is a wonderful realtor to work with, very professional and friendly. My husband and I appreciated his expertise and his patience. It took sometime for us to find a house that suits our need and our budget.

Brian was ALWAYS available for home tours. Brian’s responsiveness was incredible and he was immensely patient with our seemingly endless questions.

Brian asked questions and researched on our behalf that we didn’t think of to make sure the home we were touring didn’t have hidden issues or was updated to code by licensed individuals/companies. Once we got into escrow, Brian was diligent in making sure all inspections were in place, communicated with the seller’s agent, and kept us informed on a regular basis.

This market is so tough and we were nervous we wouldn’t find the right home or that we would have to settle. We never felt pressured and always felt our realtor has our best interest.

We would definitely recommend Brian to our friends who would be buying or selling a house! If we will have another real estate transaction in the future we would definitely contact Brian. He is a keeper!"

"Annie Dillon was wonderful to work with especially since we sold this home and we were from out of the State of CT. She came highly recommended to us and she provided quality work, and always returned our emails and calls. The use of technology, that she arranged, allowed us to do the sale remotely. I would highly recommend Annie Dillon and her staff to others for a seamless sale of their home or condo."

"The best Realtor I know in the Wethersfield area! She has a tremendous reputation, with extensive market and marketing knowledge. Annie is also a fabulous Team Leader who runs a very successful team at KW Legacy Wethersfield. Annie was my team leader and mentor for over 5 years, and I owe my real estate career to her. Her guidance and mentorship was crucial, giving me the start I needed in the real estate industry. Whether you’re looking to buy or sell a home, or get your start in real estate, look no further than the Annie Dillon Team!"

"It is truly a pleasure working with Team Dillon. Annie & Mary are incredible agents and helped us navigate selling and purchasing simultaneously. Team Dillon went above and beyond throughout both transactions and made the entire process end-to-end fun while communicating and making themselves available every step of the way. They helped us find our dream home and supported us throughout each step of the bid, contract, and sale stage.

With their guidance and coordination preparing our house for sale and curating the listing, we had over 50 showings in one weekend and received multiple offers.

We fully recommend Team Dillon to anyone buying or selling home. You will not be disappointed!"

"Annie was an absolute pleasure to work with on the sale of our home. She has an incredible attention to detail which greatly helped in our preparation of the house before we listed it. She always kept us well informed on progress ever step of the way. I would highly recommend her as a real estate agent and would most certainly use her and her team again.."
